Introduction

We've listed below some things you should know & acknowledge about renting our “Country Home”. This is a private family cottage and should be treated with the same respect as if you were looking after a friend's or relative’s house. Please leave our country home in the same condition as you found it, that is leave it neat, clean, orderly, including removal of your garbage & recycling. Leave it as you would like to find it. This document, once accepted by both parties, forms a legal contract. Please read and understand it before signing your acceptance.
